Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! October 3, hip hop artist and producer Black Milk plays The Roxy for his “Album of the Year” release party.
Black Milk is at the forefront of the up and comers of the scene. He recently teamed up with Daru Jones and AB to form a band. 2009 proved to be the most difficult year he has experienced and with pain comes creativity, as so many artists have shown. “Album of the Year” has received rave reviews and lives up to the expectations and hype the title promises.
You can stream the full album here.
Fashawn is one of the opening acts of the night. He comes from central California and has dominated the hiphop scene there.
House Shoes is a major part of the Motown resurgence. He is known as “Detroit’s hip hop ambassador.”
